| 値 | 本論文では、他者認識の観点から発達検査課題の内容を捉えることを試みた。はじめに、発達検査の歴史について触れた。次に、発達障害概念の広がりに伴うアセスメントの課題を整理し、検査課題で他者認識の発達評価をおこなうことの重要性について述べた。さらに、乳幼児期の他者認識の発達過程について概観し、先行研究をもとに検査課題における「他者」を三つの水準に分類した。すなわち、第一水準の他者は検査が実施されている場面で「目の前にいる他者」（すなわち、検査者）、第二水準の他者は刺激の一部として提示される「特定の他者」、第三水準の他者は不特定多数の「一般的他者」とし、「他者」の水準の違いに着目することを提案した。そして、臨床現場で一般的に用いられている新版K 式発達検査をもとに、それぞれの水準の他者が関与する検査課題の内容についてまとめた。 In this paper, ‘others’ was classified into three levels. The first level was defined as a person facing.The second level was defined as third party. The third level was defined as the general unspecified others. These three levels of others were applied to stimulus or procedure in developmental tasks especially included in the Kyoto Scale of Psychological Development. In the Kyoto Scale of Psychological Development, there were many tasks about the first level of others for infant and toddler. The task about the second level of others was ‘Comprehension’ which was the task of guessing the behavior of others under the assumed circumstances. Also, the task about third level of others was ‘Plan of Search’. The failure of this task might reflect carelessness in the integration of instructional information and/or lack of consideration of what level of detail might be reasonable for answers to be generally acceptable. In clinical support, it is important to assess which level of others the examinee understands through the performance of tasks. |
